It’s tantalisingly close now for the $26 million vision of the Kootenay Co-Op board of having a large mixed use residential and new grocery store site.
Project Manager Russell Precious says their goal of 34 pre-sales of the 54 units has been achieved and last moment financial matters need to be finalised.
But he’s confident they’re in a good spot.
