Trail RCMP say a man has been charged with second degree murder.
Police say the charge, laid Jan. 17 against Joel Anderson, stemmed from an incident which occurred on August 22, 2017 in Trail where Harold Paddock died.
Anderson was arrested on the same date as the incident and has remained in-custody since.
He will next appear in court by video in Rossland court on Feb. 7.
