Rebels Lose Fifth Straight, Fall to Nitehawks 3-1

The Rebels offense continued to run cold, as the Beaver Valley Nitehawks overpowered the visitors 3-1

It was the fourth time in six games that Castlegar failed to score more than one goal – they’ve score two in their last four outings.

Davyn LaRocke was a lone bright spot for the Rebels, as he stopped 37 shots to bring his weekend total to 67.

Paul Leroux scored the game winner for the home side.
The loss runs the struggling Rebels record to one and five on the season – their sole victory a default versus North Okanagan.
