A public hearing goes tonight in Castlegar.
City Council is looking to allow commercial/residential mixed use buildings where the dwelling unit number is lower than three. Right now occupancy of those buildings is restricted to the business owner/operator. The City is recommending the change to create greater housing variety and density.
