A Penticton city councillor is seeking the conservative nomination in South Okanagan-West Kootenay. Helena Konanz made the announcement Thursday. She’ll challenge Marshall Neufeld who ran in 2015 but lost to New Democrat Richard Cannings. Neufeld is expected to seek the nomination as well.
