The Castlegar Rebels have traded forward Shawn Campbell to the Nelson Leafs. Rebels President Mike Johnstone says this comes as Campbell will be starting at Selkirk College in Nelson this fall.
The trade was made in exchange for future considerations.
Leafs Head Coach Mario Dibella says on the Leafs Facebook he’s very excited and feels Campbell was the Rebels MVP in last season’s playoffs.
