Residents around Connors Road in Castlegar have issues with a planned paved recreational pathway and don’t want it in their neighborhood.

He says his ultimate goal is to get council to scrap the project and at least to delay it for now.
The $250,000 paved link is all about encouraging walkability.
It will be near the Complex from 20th Street via Connors Road to 17th Street and Columbia Avenue.
The province chipped in $100,000 which Phillips calls a waste of money.
