Heavy snow causes two roofs to collapse in Nakusp

Nakusp’s Fire Chief has some tips for clearing off your roof, given the heavy snow load this year.

This comes as two roofs collapsed in the town recently.

Chief Terry Warren says one person was assisted by ambulance after their trailer collapsed.

Warren doesn’t recommend climbing up onto your roof to remove the snow.
