A 91-year-old man is expected to make a full recovery after being hit by a BC Transit bus in Castlegar Tuesday evening.
RCMP say it happened at the intersection of 7th Avenue and 6th Street at 5:09 pm.
The bus was carrying passengers but none were injured.
The man who was struck was taken to Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail with non life-threatening injuries.
Police say speed, alcohol and road conditions have been ruled out as contributing factors.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
