Trail’s mayor celebrates successful 2017

Trail’s mayor says the city had a great year.

Mike Martin says they accomplished a lot in 2017.

He says the city has a lot to look forward to in 2018.

Martin is particularly excited for the opening of the new Riverfront Centre Library which is set to happen by March.

He’s also looking forward to the completion of another project due to finish in September.

Martin adds investors are interested in spending in the Silver City.

He partly attributes that to their successful efforts in revitalizing the downtown area.
