Kootenay Boundary Regional Fire Rescue members in Trail pulled a woman from the Columbia River yesterday afternoon.
Around 1:15 pm they received reports that she had jumped off the Victoria Street Bridge.
Three firefighters arrived by boat just before 1:30 pm and retrieved her near Glenmerry.
She was taken to the nearby boat launch where an ambulance was waiting.
