A pedestrian was sent to hospital this morning after being hit by a vehicle on Columbia Avenue in Castlegar.
Fire chief Sam Lattanzio says crews were called to the Tim Hortons just before 10:00 am.
Columbia Avenue was closed reopened at 10:30 am.
