Repairs underway at Rossland Courthouse

The Ministry of Citizens’ Services is handling some big upgrades at the Rossland Courthouse.

The $1.9 million project is meant to make the building more accessible from the street and the new parking area.

This includes the addition of an accessible ramp and parking spot.

There will also be upgrades to the building’s interior.

Repairs will be made to the exterior east entrance canopy and the basement.

Work on the exterior of the building is scheduled to finish in February, the rest is due to finish by the end of June.
