Survey on climate change concludes Friday

Time is running out for some rural Castlegar residents to respond to a survey regarding climate change adaptation.

The Rural Development Institute at Selkirk College and the Regional District of Central Kootenay want to hear how communities are adapting to climate change.

The survey touches on backyard farming and food growing.

Its goal is to help researchers determine how prepared Area J residents are for the impacts of climate change.

Responses are due Friday.
