St. Anthony’s Church in the Gulch in Trail could be transformed into an office space for a design studio.
City corporate administrator Michelle McIsaac says a zoning amendment bylaw to that effect will be brought to a public hearing at the next council meeting December 18th.
If the bylaw passes the new owners would be required to look after preserving the heritage building’s integrity.
The old church has been vacant for four years.
