Fruitvale’s ATCO Wood Products has received provincial recognition.
They won the 2017 BC Export Award for Natural Resources at the 35th annual awards ceremony in Vancouver Friday.
CEO Scott Weatherford says staff are excited about it.
The award goes to companies who add to the province’s economic growth through exporting.
This was the first time ATCO was nominated, they beat Creston’s Global Fruit.
