A “last offer” from the Village of Nakusp to members of CUPE 2450 has been rejected.
The vote administered Thursday morning by the Labour Relations Board showed 89% of the 23 eligible voters turned it down.
President Andy Cruden says they’ve been in negotiations for 28 months.
He says some outstanding issues need to be worked out.
Other sticking points include wages and market adjustments for select positions.
