Castlegar’s four city entrance signs are getting a facelift.
They’ll be replaced with aluminum signs with LED backlighting on the letters.
City councillor Arry Dhillon says they should be very aesthetically pleasing.
The city has awarded a contract to Knight Signs worth $231,000 to install those as well as a number of wayfinding signs in the community.
This will make it easier to find Millennium Park and Zuckerberg Island.
