Selkirk College’s gathering place elders program is in its third year.
Aboriginal services liason Jessica Morin says the program connects students with local First Nations elders.
This allows elders to share their language, culture and stories with students.
The program is supported with funding through Fortis BC, Columbia Power and the Columbia Basin Trust
