Castlegar residents have spoken!
A survey from the recreation commission asked residents if they would be in favour of an expansion for the recreation complex.
Rec manager Jim Crockett says it appears the community wants to see something done.
Option A included an expansion for the fitness area and the creation of a social hub.
Option B includes all of Option A plus a second sheet of ice.
Respondents selected “B” over “A” by a count of 39% to 28%.
