A made in BC solution to bring in ride-sharing service to the province is being saught by the government.
Castlegar city councillor Florio Vassilakakis says some have expressed concern about the lack of regulations tied to services like Uber.
The province has hired a consultant to find a way for ride-sharing companies and taxis to co-exist.
Vassilakakis says it would be great for the community.
