A contract for Trail’s long-awaited all-wheel park is expected to be awarded Tuesday afternoon.
City staff recommend Newline Skateparks be hired for $625,000.
They were responsible for parks in Nelson and Montrose and have already done some design work.
The facility would be built near the boat launch at Gyro Park and could be ready by next September.
