The City of Castlegar will be taking a proactive approach in drafting their budget for 2018.
They’ll be taking steps to include the public in the process.
Mayor Lawrence Chernoff says there are a number of different ways to include everybody.
There will be a pair of open houses.
The first is October 26 and another is planned for mid-February.
