West Kootenay residents are being asked to reduce their water consumption by at least 30%.
This as low streamflows has prompted the BC Government to issue a Level 3 drought rating for the region.
This means you should limit outdoor watering, take shorter showers, not leave taps running and you can install water-efficient toilets and showerheads.
