The RDCK Board has chosen its new CAO.
Stuart Horn – who is GM of Finance and Admin – will replace the outgoing Brian Carruthers.
Horn arrived last year from KPMG and has an extensive background in auditing and finance.
The RDCK Board says they had a succession plan in place and are confident in that and their staff.
