The City of Trail has amended their zoning bylaw to allow a church to operate at the Waneta Plaza.
Corporate administrator Michelle McIsaac says it will be on the second floor.
The small congregation that will use the church was at today’s public hearing at City Hall to show their support.
No members of the public had any objections and City Council unanimously agreed to the zoning bylaw amendment.
