The RDCK board has chosen its new CAO.
Stuart Horn – who is GM of Finance and Administration – will replace the outgoing Brian Carruthers.
Horn arrived last year from KPMG and has an extensive background in auditing and finance.
The RDCK board says their decision was unanimous. They had a succession plan in place and are confident in that and their staff.
