The Castlegar Rebels had to default their season opener in Golden Friday.
League president Bill Ohlhausen says they used an ineligible player.
As a result Castlegar coach Bill Rotheisler was suspended for their game Saturday against the Columbia Valley Rockies.
The Rebels would have otherwise won the game 5-4.
