Kootenay Boundary Regional Fire Rescue crews preformed a rope rescue Sunday night in Rossland.
A driver went over the bank at Highway 3B at Thompson Avenue.
Crews arrived around 6:45 pm.
The driver was extricated from the vehicle 150 feet down the bank and the rope rescue was executed.
The accident is under investigation.
