Trail city council has approved a three year economic development services agreement with the Lower Columbia Community Development Team Society.
Mayor Mike Martin says the deal will ensure much better communication.
The city briefly withdrew from the service in November.
But Martin says past issues surrounding communication and Trail’s involvement have been worked out.
