Meters identifying Casltegar's high water users

Castlegar’s newly installed water meters are already highlighting some of the heavy users.

Those letters remind residents about watering efficiently and how high their costs may be once the city goes to metered-billing next year.
Smit doesn’t believe people are deliberately wasteful and they just need more education on how much water they really need outdoors.
