Castlegar’s mayor dropped a bombshell of sorts at tonight’s city council meeting.
When reading his mayor’s report Lawrence Chernoff indicated a feasibility study commissioned by Jeppesen Aviation looking into a solution for the reliability issues at West Kootenay Regional Airport has finished.
Chernoff says there appears to be a potential solution.
 The city is combing through the report’s findings and will provide more information soon.
