An emotional event in Castlegar.
A vigil was held to remember Christine Archibald, the local woman killed in the terrorist attacks in london earlier this month, and to help those in the community who are dealing with loss.
Archibald’s father spoke to the crowd of roughly 400 at Millennium Park on behalf of his family.
City councillor Deb McIntosh was happy to see the community come together.
The event featured a number of speakers and performances from the Twin Rivers Choir.
