Promoting word of mouth for economic development

An independent economic development organisation in Greater Trail has come up with an idea to get the public on board with helping to promote a sense of confidence in the region.
Terry Van Horn, the Coordinator with the Lower Columbia Initiatives Corporation says they will start publicizing one simple stat or fact every month.
For example this month the LCIC is publishing a graphic in various traditional and social media.
It simply states that $9.4 million in new building permits were issued in the first six months of the year.
