The Liberal candidate who ran unsuccessfully in Kootenay West in the provincial election says he respects the choice voters made.
Jim Postnikoff says he wishes New Democrat Katrine Conroy well in her fourth term.
Postnikoff finished second in the riding with over 24 per cent of the popular vote.
This was his second time running in the riding.
