This was the sound at the beginning of Nelson City Council this week.
Both the Mayor and a Councillor are playing here…
..In truth John Dooley and Donna MacDonald were playing bit parts as they accompanied “Bon Accord” a teen string ensemble.
The Cultural Development Committee invites artists to open meetings as a way of highlighting Nelson’s rich cultural strength.
