Seniors advocate reaches out to Castlegar

A local seniors advocate wants Castlegar to take part in the Age-Friendly Lower Columbia project.

Sandy McCreight says Beaver Valley, Rossland, Warfield, Trail and Area B are involved.

The program helps seniors use services in their communities.

She says Castlegar is doing a great job but would like to see more benches and access to public washrooms.
