SPCA facility unveiling postponed

The BC SPCA has had to postpone an event tomorrow in Castlegar.

It was meant to unveil plans for the new West Kootenay Community Animal Centre.

The event will be rescheduled.

Poor travel conditions are the reason behind the cancellation
