Rossland Search and Rescue plucked an injured woman from the Rossland Range Recreation Site Tuesday.
Graham Jones with Rossland sar says they were called around 1:30 pm.
She found shelter at the new Sunspot cabin.
Crews went to the cabin via snowmobiles and brought a doctor with them.
The woman was taken to hospital with an injured leg.
