An outdoor vigil is planned at Castlegar City Hall today.
Organizer Joan Alexander says the vigil is meant to mourn the victim’s of Sunday’s mosque shooting in Quebec.
It starts at 4 and everyone’s welcome.
Alexander asks that those who wish to speak at the event contact her.
