A council candidate in Warfield’s by-election next month wants to increase his presence in the community.
Ronald Joseph is a former Trail city councillor and ran for mayor in 1996.
He’s hoping to return to the council table with the Village of Warfield.
Two new councillors will be picked at next month’s by-election.
Joseph is up againts Wesley Robillard, Bradley Jansen and Raymond Masleck.
