A local group has been matched with a refugee family in Thailand.
Dennis Cook with the Trail Friends of Refugees says the family of three is originally from Pakistan but fled the country.
He says the mother has experience working in the legal and journalism sectors.
The father is a photographer and they have a two year old daughter.
They’re fluent in english.
