Nelson Police are reporting a rash of vandalism .
Late Thursday night – early Friday morning six vehicle windows were targetted by someone firing a pellet gun in Rosemont ,Uphill and Fairview.
Police figure the culprits were in a vehicle.
A large window at the rec centre gym was also hit.
The damages are in excess of $5000.
Police are asking anyone with info to come forward.
In a separate incident an intoxicated 23 year old man from Harrop entered an unlocked family home on View Street in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The homeowner subdued the man until the cops arrived and he was arrested for break and enter.
