The Family Action Network of Lower Columbia has been approved for a Columbia Basin Trust Social Grant.
Regional coordinator Christy Anderson says they’re getting over $14,000 to look into the feasibility of a mobile App for parents.
They have been working on one that marks milestones in pre-school years.
