Study shows Rossland’s housing inventory is growing

A Rossland resident has put a positive spin on what many figured to be a bad situation.

Janice Nightingale says she was prompted to begin a study after a discouraging experience at last spring’s budget meeting.

The study is meant to determine the relationship between Rossland’s population and tax growth.
