Representatives from the Doukhobor Discovery Centre say 2016 has been a good year so far.
Over 2,300 guests dropped by the centre and gift shop sales totaled over $7,000.
Administrator Lisa Poznikoff says they will be seeking a 10 per cent increase in their annual funding allotment from the city.
They will continue raising funds to reopen their authentic Doukhobor restaurant.
