A young Syrian refugee couple and their baby son landed in Castlegar Tuesday after a long trip.
Jan Micklethwaite with the West Kootenay Friends of Refugees says the language barrier has been an adjustment.
Micklethwaite says her group will continue fundraising efforts to support the family.
