November breaks warm weather records

Last month was the warmest November ever recorded in our region.

Ron Lakeman with the Southeast Fire Centre’s weather office says it meant only one day of snow which came on the 30th.

The mean temperature was six degrees, well above the 2.1 degree average.

The warmest days were the 6th and 8th when it got up to 13.8.

There was 88.7 millimeters of measurable precipitation.
