A man accused of attempted murder following an incident in Krestova will have his preliminary inquiry Feb. 20 in Nelson.
Laurence Darren McKay is also charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats, and six other crimes.
He was arrested in August after a brief manhunt.
The inquiry will decide if there’s enough evidence to send the case to trial.
McKay first returns to court Dec. 6Â facing two other weapons offences as a result of the same incident.
