The City of Castlegar is hoping to cash in on a new grant funding initiative from the BC and federal governments.
Public Works director Chris Barlow says the funds would help with four storm projects.
The clean water and wastewater fund was announced at this year’s Union of BC Municipalities Convention.
Over $370 million will be spent on various projects throughout the province.
